It is very rare that we will move your reservation to a different camping site however if an issue arises, this may occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Camping:  We hold your credit card for each reservation.  We will not charge your card up front, you will pay for your reservation in full upon check-in however we do require a minimum 3 weeks, (21 days), notice for cancellations or changes otherwise you are responsible for the nights you have reserved, per camping site you have reserved.  If you fully cancel your site(s) with 3 weeks or less notice, you will be charged your 1 night or 2 night stay.  If longer than one week, you will be charged $100.00 per week and /or partial week.  Ex: 1 1/2 week reservation will result is a $200.00 cancellation fee.  Taxes are extra and will be applied to the credit card on file.  We ONLY accept Visa, (not debit Visa) and Master Card.

If you do not arrive for your site on your date scheduled for arrival and you have not called us at 705-859-3550 to update us, we will assume that you have chosen to cancel your reservation without notice and we will apply our cancellation policy.

Cottages and Bunkie:  A deposit of $250.00 per cottage, per week is required or $150.00 deposit if less than a 1-week stay.  Cancellations and "no shows" made 3 weeks or less prior to your arrival date will result in a charge applied to your credit card for half the reserved cottage rental fee plus applicable taxes minus your initial deposit.  For reservations made a year in advance, deposits will be taken in February of the following year.  Sorry, no refunds for deposits as of February 1st of each current year or for issues beyond our control.
